If your question is not included in this list, you have three options.
1.) Check out the second set of questions called 'More GIS Q&A'. It may be that your questions is not included on the first list, but is still answered on the webpage.
2.) You can also check out the ArcGIS desktop help. To find this, open ArcMap, and it is located under the help pulldown menu. There is a great deal of information here, and we would ask that you check here before seeking staff assistance.
3.) If you still need assistance, contact a staff member in the GIS department. You can either work the problem out over e-mail or you can set up a time to meet. Keep in mind that the GIS staff is very limited and will only be able to assist with basic issues or questions. For in depth geoprocessing help, you should contact the GIS department at your home university.
